Building Secure Applications with Dojo

Our very own Richard Moy will be presenting during the next couple of months in Chicago and Belgium. He will be presenting on the topic of building custom controllers and MVC solutions utilizing the unique capabilities of the Dojo JavaScript framework. Phora Group currently utilizes the Dojo JavaScript framework for their secure MVC framework that is found in their iPhora Touch social collaboration platform.

Richard Moy, Managing Director of Phora Group is IBM Champion 2015

Richard Moy, Managing Director of Phora Group, was recently named an IBM Champion for 2015. IBM Champions are non-IBMers who evangelize IBM solutions, share their knowledge and help grow the community of professionals who are focused on social business and IBM Collaboration Solutions. The Selection Committee spent eight weeks evaluating almost 500 nominations for nearly 200 outstanding community members in order to choose the 2015 class of IBM Champions for IBM Collaboration Solutions (ICS).

Richard is honored to be chosen as an IBM Champion for 2015.

Champions spend a considerable amount of their own time, energy and resources on community efforts—such as organizing and leading user group events.

Richard has co-organized the Midwest Lotus User Group (MWLUG) Conference for the past six years. This event is sponsored by user groups across the Midwest. The most recent MWLUG conference included over 40 sessions and workshops and was held in Grand Rapids, Mich. on August 27-29, 2014.
